摘要
近年来,我国一直在大力推进信息化建设并取得了引人注目的成绩,但是我国东中西部地区间的数字鸿沟仍然存在,并有进一步扩大的趋势。本文对此问题进行了分析,指出产生东中西部数字鸿沟的原因并给出了相应改进措施。
During the past three years, our country has been sticking to advance the construction of information projects, and obtained great achievements, However, digital gap still exists among western, middle, and eastern China today, and it has the trend to be wider. This paper analyzes the problem, indicates several reasons which led to such digital gap, and gives some measures to solve the problem.
