摘要
本文通过介绍美国政府的行政机构，分析了美国政府对建筑业的间接管理和对住宅发展、实现居者有其屋的作用。
By intIoducing U.S-A governmcnt executive branches, this paper analyzed U.S.A government indirect administration of construction industry and important role inhousing development for low-income families.
