摘要
目的探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法选择2009年风险管理实施前的480例患者为对照组,2010年风险管理实施后502例患者为观察组,观察组给予护理风险管理,分析手术室护理中意外事件、纠纷、投诉的发生率,及对护理工作的满意度。结果通过给予观察组护理风险管理,使得较对照组意外事件、纠纷、投诉的发生率显著降低(P<0.01),护理工作的满意度显著提高(P<0.01)。结论在手术室护理管理中实施风险管理效果显著,可广泛推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of the application of risk management in operating room nursing management. Methods 480 patients in 2009 were chosen as the control group, 502 pa- tients in 2010 were chosen as the observation group. We gave nursing risk management on the observa- tion group, and compared the rate of nursing accident, dispute, and complaint, and the satisfaction to the nursing job. Results The rate of nursing accident, dispute, and complaint in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）, the satisfaction to nursing job was signifi- cantly higher in observation group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The application of risk management in op- erating nursing has effect.
