摘要
目的了解临床护理人员应用循证护理现状 ,发现问题 ,寻找解决方法 ,为进一步推广循证护理打下基础。方法采用随机抽样的方法对某院 30 0名护理人员进行基本状况、循证护理的概念及内涵、护理实践方法等方面的问卷调查。结果①护理人员循证护理知识知晓率 6 3.4 %。②不同学历、职称、工作年限的护理人员对专业教材的应用差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同职称、工作年限护理人员对护理常规的采纳差异有极显著性意义(P <0 .0 1) ;不同年限的护理人员对专家意见的应用差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同学历的护理人员对科学证据的应用差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。③有 7.7%的护理人员采用了循证护理。结论循证护理实践尚处于起步阶段 ,临床护理人员对科学证据的认识和应用不足。需大力普及循证护理知识 ,倡导循证护理实践 ;并成立循证支持小组 ,以提高临床护理人员循证护理的意识和能力。
Objective To investigate the awareness and application of evidence based nursing (EBN), find the problem, during further spreading the clinical nursing practice of EBN, and search for the method of resolving it. Methods By using the method of random sampling, 300 nursing staff in the comprehensive hospital were studied by the self designed questionnaire about the main ideas of EBN and methods of nursing practice. Results Of all 300 nursing staff, the awareness rate of knowledge of EBN was 63.4 %. The use status of the nurses at different educational backgrounds, professional titles, work periods in the professional textbooks, the application of them at different education backgrounds in scientific research evidence, and the use of them in work periods in the expert opinions had significant difference ( P <0.05). The use status of the nurses at different professional titles and work periods in the nursing routines also had significant difference ( P <0.01). Only 7.7 % nursing staff used the method of EBN. Conclusion The recognition and application of the clinical nursing personal to scientific evidence was not enough. It is necessary to spread the knowledge of EBN, initiate the clinical practice of EBN and establish evidence based support groups so as to improve the ability and consciousness of nurses' clinical evidence based nursing.
