摘要
目的:分离筛选优质猴头菌菌株。方法:通过组织分离法获得猴头菌的纯培养菌株,对12种不同菌株的猴头菇菌丝长速长势进行评价,并用HPLC法测定腺苷含量作为辅助方法,筛选优质猴头菌菌株。结果与结论:从9个猴头菌株中筛选出优质菌株,其中C-12菌株菌丝日生长速度最快,腺苷含量较高。
Objective： Study on screening of the high quality Hericium erinaceus strains. Methods： Pure culture strains of Hericium erinaceus were isolated from its body tissue. Screening of the high quality strains through evaluating the growth of 12 kinds of different Hericium erinaceus strains. Meanwhile, analyzing the content of adenosine by HPLC was helpful for the screening. Results and Conclusion： A pure culture strain named C-12 was selected out as it the highest one in growth and the content of adenosine.
