摘要
目的探讨规范化培训在新进护士护理安全培训中的应用效果，为进一步改进培训模式提供依据。方法对280名新进规范化培训护士（简称规培护士）进行为期2个月的集中培训，培训结束后采用自制问卷对其进行调查，调查规培护士对护理安全培训内容必要性的评价，并比较不同个人情况护士培训的效果及对培训的满意度。结果规培护士对护理安全培训内容的需求高，对培训内容必要性的评价好；对于“护理安全培训是否降低了发生护理不良事件的几率”的效果比较，编内规培护士为89．2％，明显高于编外护士的76．3％，差异有统计学意义（x2=7．680，P=0．006）；编外规培护士对安全培训的满意度为86．9％，显著高于编内规培护士的70．8％，差异有统计学意义（x2=11．029，P=0．001）；大专规培护士满意度为90．0％，明显高于本科规培护士的68．5％，差异有统计学意义（x2=20．192，P=0．000）。结论对新进护士加强护理安全培训内容的多元化及培训方式的多样化是获得良好培训效果的关键。
Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized training in nursing safety training, in order to further improve training modes. Methods 280 new standardized training nurses were trained intensively for 2 months. Questionnaire was used, after the training, to investigate nurses＇ evaluation of the necessity of nursing safety training, and to compare different nurses＇ satisfaction of the training. Results Standardized training nurses had higher requirement for nursing safety training, and better evaluation of the necessity of nursing safety training. 89.2% official standardized training nurses and 76.3% unofficial standardized training nurses believed that nursing safety training could reduce the probability of adverse events, and the differences were statistically significant （ x2 = 7. 680, P = 0. 006 ）. 86.9% unofficial standardized training nurses and 70.8% official standardized training nurses were satisfied with the nursing safety training, and the differences were statistically significant （ x2 = 11. 029, P = 0. 001 ）. 90.0% of standardized training nurses from junior colleges and 68.5% of standardized training nurses from regular colleges were satisfied with the nursing safety training, and the differences were statistically significant （X2=20. 192, P = 0. 000）. Conclusions To improve the diversification of curriculum and training methods is the key to obtain better training effects.
