摘要
直升机传动系统主要有主减速器、中间减速器、尾斜轴和尾减速器等,润滑的零部件主要包括齿轮、轴承、花键等,摩擦形式复杂多样,对油料具有更高的要求。另外,由于俄罗斯与欧美在直升机上设计理念的不同,使得传动系统对润滑油的要求也不同。文章就俄罗斯、欧美和中国的情况阐述直升机传动系统齿轮油发展状况。
The primary components of the helicopter transmission system are the main retarder, the middle retarder, the tail inclined shaft and the tail retarder. Because many accessories must be lubricated such as gear, bearing and spline,while the friction modality is complicated and various,so the higher performance lubrication should be provided. In addition, the differ- ent design ideas between Russia and Euro -America make the demands of helicopter transmission system on lubricant are different. In this paper, the standard and specification development status of lubricants for helicopter transmission system in Russia, Euro- America and China is expatiated.
