摘要
建立了电泵机组花键轴与花键套三维接触非线性有限元分析模型,得到了电泵机组轴传递扭矩时花键轴与花键套的应力分布,最大应力发生在花键与过渡段连接的键侧根部处。通过对泵轴与花键套相同材料和不同材料2种设计方案进行应力计算和对比分析,得到相同材料设计比不同材料的最大应力下降了20.04%,键侧根部应力集中系数下降了13.72%,为花键轴与花键套材料的选用提供了理论依据和分析方法。
We build up three-dimensional non-linear contact finite element analysis model of the spline axis and the spline set of the electric pump machine and get the stress distribution of the spline axis and the spline set when the axis of electric pump retorts. The maximum stress occurs in the root of linking side of spline and the transition section. According to the calculation and contrast analysis of different material and same material of spline set, the maximum stress of the different material declines by 20.04% that the same material does, and the root stress concentration coefficient declines by 13.72%. This provides theoretical basis and analysis method.
