摘要
行业主导型职教集团具有很强的行业背景,在实现产教结合方面独具优势,但也存在和其他类型职教集团的共性矛盾。基于对公司集团与职教集团组建模式的比较分析认为:构建行业主导型职教集团要确立职教集团法律地位,构建利益相关者共同治理的组织模式及高效合理的组织架构。
The industry-dominated vocational education group has strong industrial background, and it has unique advantages in the aspect of industry-teaching combination. However, it also has common conflicts with other types of vocational education group. Based on comparative analysis on the organization model of enterprise group and vocational education group, in order to build industry-dominated vocational education group, it should establish the legal status of vocational education group, construct the common-governance organization model and effective and reasonable organization framework.
