摘要
目的:医院需高度重视、规范及完善医疗器械维修管理工作,并重视医疗器械维修人员技能的培养和提高。方法:总结目前医疗器械的维修和管理所存在的问题,加强管理层及维修人员对问题的重视。结果:通过总结问题,提出解决问题的对策,提高医疗仪器设备的综合效益。结论:目前,医疗器械的维修和管理还存在许多问题,只有行业、医院管理层及医疗器械维修人员共同努力,才能使医疗设备更好地为医学临床、科研的发展服务,创造社会效益和经济效益。
Objective： Hospitals should pay close attention to management of medical devices and promotion of skills in relevant staffs. Methods： We summarized the problems in current maintenance of medical devices to attract the attention of managing and maintaining staffs in the hospitals. Results： Through summarizing the problems and proposing the countermeasure to solve the problems, the managers may improve the comprehensive benefit of medical devices. Conclusions： At present, there are many problems in medical devices maintenance and management. Only through joint efforts of the industry, hospital management and maintenance, can we better serve the clinical practice and scientific research to create more social and economic benefits.
