摘要 目的:解决野外便携式高频止血器在无市电情况下为锂离子电池充电的方案和应用。方法:采用汽车24V电瓶提供充电电源,使用CN3704(D/D电源转换)脉宽调制集成块为锂离子电池充电。结果:能提供电流4~8A,电压为16.8V的充电能力,并具有涓流、恒流和恒压充电效果。结论:对使用容量为4000mAh/节、电压3.7V/节,由8节组成2并联4串联电池组的锂离子电池提供4A以上的电流充电,2h左右可充电完毕。 Objective: To solve lithium ion battery charging of portable high-frequency hemostatic device in the field outside situation without electricity. Methods: Using 24v car battery current provides charging power and using CN5704(D/D power conversion) pulse width modulation of manifold blocks to charge the lithium ion battery. Results: This design can provide a charging capability of 4-8A current and 16.8v votage. It also has the charging effect of maintenance current, constant current and constant pressure. Conclusion: Using eight sections battery whose capacity is 4000 mAh and 5.7v every section to make up of a 2 parallel and 4 series lithium ion batteries.Charging this batteries with more than 4A current,it will finish in two hours or less.
