摘要
目的在野战或应急条件下,采用高频凝血技术可对伤员出血部位进行有效的止血。方法 研制重量轻、体积小、功率不大于60W的高频止血器,并使用高性能锂离子电池,通过直流/交流(DC/AC)转换,为高频止血器提供不间断电源,随时随地可以操作使用。结果采用高密度的高频电流对小面积受伤出血部位生物组织的集中热效应,使组织成分汽化,迅速凝固止血。结论此装置设计简单,取材方便,使用操作简便,是野外训练或应急事件处置伤员出血时的一种较好的止血仪器。
Objective Perform hemostasis to wounded people,using inverter principle for power supply and high-frequency coagulation for stop-bleeding in field or emergency conditions.Methods Design Hemostasis device of low-weight,small-volume and power not higher than 60 Watts.Using high-performance lithium cells and DC/AC converter for power supply in order to deploy the device anytime andanywhere.Results Using thermal effect to the skin of high-density and high-frequency current,vaporize the injured tissue and stop bleeding.Conclusion The device is designed simply to operate,easily to use,and it has a good hemostasis effect in field and emergency conditions.
