摘要
目的探讨时间管理心理干预对医学院新生学业自我效能感的影响。方法采用对照研究,以团体心理干预技术,对24名医学院新生进行为期8周的时间管理心理干预。结果在学业自我效能感总分及各维度上,实验组前后测差值显著高于对照组(t=2.690,2.707,2.155;P<0.05)。在学业自我效能感总分和学习能力自我效能感得分上,实验组的追踪测试结果与前测差值显著高于对照组(t=2.56,2.97;P<0.05)。结论时间管理心理干预可以有效提高医学院新生的学业自我效能感,并且后效显著。
Objective To study the effects of time management psychological intervention on perceived academic self-efficacy of medical freshmen.Methods A total of 48 medical freshmen were sampled and divided into experimental group and control group.This study was focused on a eight-week psychological intervention to 24 medical freshmen,together with a re-assessment of its effect after 8 weeks.Results All factors of perceived academic self-efficacy of the experimental group were significantly higher than control group(t=2.690,2.707,2.155;P〈0.05),so as to the tracked after eight weeks(t=2.56,2.97;P〈0.05).Conclusion The time management psychological intervention is effective in improving perceived academic self-efficacy of medical freshmen,and has a long-term effect.
