摘要
本实验对12例鼻咽癌实体瘤细胞染色体畸变及同一患者外周淋巴细胞的染色体断裂点与已知的脆性部位作了对比分析,在3例中发现有4个肿瘤细胞染色体断裂点,3p24、3p14、5q31和11ql3与其自体脆性部位重合或相邻。而3p24、3P14和5q31属常见脆性部位,11q13既是常见脆性部位,也与叶酸敏感型罕见脆性部位(11q13.3)相邻。3p24位于癌基因ERBA2区域内,且与癌基因RAF1相邻,11q13与癌基因INT2和SEA的位点重合。
We have examined the chromosome changes both of solid tumor cells and peripheral lymphocytes from 12 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. The results revealed that there were 4 cancer specific breakpoints(CBP) coincided with or adjoined to the chromosome breakpoints of peripheral lymphocytes in the same individuals. These CBP located at the bands of: 3P24, 3P14, 5q31 and 11q13. As we know, that bands 3p24, 3P14 and 5q31 are common fragile sites, while band 11q13 is ont only a common fragile site, but also a rare folate fragile site. According to human gene mapping, oncogene ERBA2 locate at near the band 3p14 and oncogene RAF1. Besides, oncogene INT2 and SEA are mapped at band 11q13.
