摘要
目的探讨血液标本存放温度和存放时间对网织红细胞计数结果的影响。方法对80例健康成人标本按六个不同时间段进行网织红细胞计数的测定,得出测定结果。结果网织红细胞计数结果随着标本的存放温度和时间不同测定结果降低各异。结论血液标本的存放温度和时间对网织红细胞计数结果影响较大,在临床检验工作中应引起重视。
Objective To explor the storage time of blood specimen that influence the Reticulocyte Count results. Methods Detect the Reticulocyte Count of blood specimen which from 80 healthy adults on five different period,and get results. Results It appeared different declining Reticulocyte Count results depend on different storage temperature and time Conclusion The storage temperature and time of blood specimen was biggish influence to the Reticulocyte Count results, which in the clinical inspec -tion work should be taken seriously.
