摘要
针对改革开放后计划经济向市场经济转型,而农业技术推广体系滞后于形势发展的问题,提出了构建横向联合、纵向延伸的多媒体网络农业技术推广体系,加快农业科技信息资源开发利用,抓紧软件开发和农业多媒体制作,强化领导,加快农业技术推广网络建设的对策。
Since the reformation and opening up,China＇s planned economy transform to market economy,but the agricultural promotion system lags behind the development situation.Author proposes suggestions on buiding multimedia network system for agricultural technology popularization with horizontal conbination and vertical extention, accelerating the development and utilization of agricultural technology information resources,playing close attention on software development and agricultural multimedia production, strengthen the leadership,accelerating to build the network of the agricultural technology popularization.
