摘要
目的了解糖尿病患者服药依从性状况,针对问题的原因提出对策,提高服药依从性,降低病死率及致残率。方法应用自行设计的问卷调查表调查120例糖尿病患者服药依从性情况,并询问患者长期规律服药的原因。结果依从性差的原因依次为:文化程度及相关知识掌握度占32.07%;经济状况及医疗保障情况占16.98%;老年生理方面的原因占16.98%;缺乏家庭社会支持占15.09%。结论护理人员不断提高专业知识和沟通技巧,针对上述原因实施相应的对策,可以提高患者用药的依从性。
Objective To analyze of medication compliance of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with long-term regular mediation were investigated with questionnaire.Results The reasons for poor medication compliance included education and knowledge（32.07%）,worry about adverse drug reactions（18.87%）,the state of the economy and health insurance（16.98%）,the elderly physiologiacl（16.98%） and family and social support（15.09%）.Conclusion Nurses constantly improve the professional knowledge and communication skills for the above reasons.The implementation of appropriate measures to improve patient medication compliance.
