子宫内膜癌与细菌感染及炎症介质IL-6、IL-11的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解子宫内膜癌组织中细菌感染及炎症因子白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-11(IL-11)表达情况,探讨子宫内膜癌与炎症的关系。方法选取2011年6月至2012年2月北京大学人民医院妇产科子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织标本各27例,分别行细菌涂片革兰染色及细菌培养,同时采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测IL-6、IL-11的表达情况。结果 27例子宫内膜癌组织中,5例细菌涂片革兰染色阳性,5例细菌培养阳性;27例正常子宫内膜组织中,4例细菌涂片革兰染色阳性,3例细菌培养阳性,两者比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中炎症因子IL-6、IL-11阳性表达率高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织细菌培养阳性率无差异,子宫内膜癌组织中炎症因子IL-6、IL-11阳性表达率高,表明炎症因子可能与子宫内膜癌的发生有关。 Objective To detect the bacterial infection and expression of IL-6and IL-11in endometrial carcinoma(EC),thus to explore the relationship between inflammation and EC.Methods Bacterial smear staining and germiculture were performed in cervical secretions and endometrial tissue of 27human endometrial carcinoma and 27 normal endometrium.Expression of IL-6and IL-11were determined by immunohistochemical method.Results There were 5of the 20endometrial carcinoma with positive bacterial smear staining,5with positive germiculture. As in normal group,4were bacterial smear staining positive,3were germiculture positive.There was no significant difference of the positive rate of bacterial smear staining and germiculture between endometrial carcinoma group and normal endometrium group (P〉0.05).Compared with normal endometrium,the expression of proinflammatory factor IL-6and IL-11in endometrial carcinoma was significant increased (P〈0.05).Conclusions The results show that bacterial infection has no relationship with endometrial carcinoma.But proinflammatory factor IL-6and IL-11 may play a role in the etiology of endometrial carcinoma.
