激光多普勒血流成像技术检测月经周期指甲微循环血流量的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察女性月经周期3个阶段的指甲微循环血流量的变化,探讨月经周期对女性指甲微循环血流量的影响。方法采用激光多普勒动态血流成像仪对2011年8月至2011年10月浙江中医药大学药学院招募的20例月经正常女性月经周期3个阶段的指甲微循环血流量进行测定,同时在月经周期第1天、第14天,第23天进行手背动态血流成像扫描。结果月经周期的月经期、增殖期和分泌期拇指指甲微循环血流量分别为(540.5±81.1)PU、(546.4±94.9)PU和(607.1±97.4)PU,三者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其他手指指甲微循环血流量测定结果相似。手背动态血流成像图显示,月经周期第23天血流灌注量较月经第1天及第14天明显增加。结论健康女性的指甲微循环血流量随月经周期呈动态变化。激光多普勒动态血流成像可简便、快速地测定体表微循环血流。 Objective To detect the influence of menstrual cycle on the fingernail micro-vascular blood flow. Methods 20women volunteers with normal menstrual cycle were evaluated the fingernail micro-vascular blood flow of the three phases of menstrual cycle,and underwent the dynamic blood flow imaging scans in day 1,day 14and day 23of menstrual cycle.Results The fingernail micro-vascular blood flow of secretory phase was significantly greater than that of menstrual phase and proliferative phase [(607.1±97.4)PU , (540.5±81.1)PU and (546.4±94.9)PU;P〈0.01].Fingernail micro-vascular blood flow in proliferative phase was the smallest(P〉 0.05).The blood perfusion in day 23was larger than day 14.Conclusions The fingernail micro-vascular blood flow of healthy women is dynamic in the menstrual cycle,detecting fingernail micro-vascular blood flow in menstrual cycle with laser Doppler imaging is simple and rapid.
