摘要
针对水污染和水资源缺乏日趋严重这一问题,围绕油田污水处理系统进行了研究,介绍了杀菌剂的种类及杀菌机理,并对杀菌流程应用FLUENT流体工程软件进行仿真模拟。结果表明:杀菌剂要根据不同的pH值选择,杀菌剂的配伍情况不同效果也不同,在某些条件下不可使用杀菌剂,杀菌罐的尺寸、进出口位置、加药口位置和泵的排量即加药口的速度是影响污水和杀菌剂混合程序的重要因素。
Aiming at the problem of water pollution and serious deficiency of water resource, sewage disposal system is researched, the types of fungicide and germicidal mechanism also are discussed, FLUENT, which is fluid engineering software; it is used to simulate the sterilization flow. The results show: fungicide, which is decided ac- cording to different pH, different conditions of compatibility lead to the different effects, on certain conditions, not allowed to use. Measurement, location of imports and exports, location of adding drug mouth of sterilization tank, capacity of pump, that is speed of adding drug mouth, which is important influencing factor of sewage and mixing procedure of fungicides.
