摘要
目的:探讨醒脑静在外感并高热治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:选择我院2009年5月至2011的5月收治的外感并高热患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用醒脑静治疗,就两组的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组30例中,显效23例,占76.7%;有效5例,占16.7%;无效2例,占6.7%,总有效率为93.3%;对照组30例中,显效12例,占40%;有效7例,占23.3%,无效11例,占36.7%,总有效率占63.3%。观察组临床有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:对外感并高热患者采用醒脑静治疗,具有一定的安全性和有效性,醒脑退热作用较为显著,患者的高热能在较短时间消退,从而缩短外感发热的病程。
Objective：To investigate the exogenous and hyperthermia Xingnaojing clinical effect.Methods：60 cases of exogenous and fever in patients admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group underwent conventional treatment in the observation group on the basis of this Xingnaojing treatment,it two sets of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：30 cases were cured,23 cases,accounting for 76.7%;effective in 5 cases,16.7%;ineffective in 2 cases（6.7%）,total effective rate was 93.3%;the control group,30 cases were cured,12 cases,accounting for 40%;7 cases accounted for 23.3% of 11 cases,accounting for 36.7% of the total efficiency of 63.3%.Observation group efficiency was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Xingnaojing treatment in patients with exogenous and fever,with a certain degree of safety and effectiveness of refreshing cooling effect is more significant in patients with high heat to subside in a short period of time,shorten the course of exogenous fever.
