局麻药温度影响硬膜外麻醉后寒战的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的对比观察不同温度的局麻药对硬膜外麻醉后寒战的影响。方法选择80例拟在硬膜外麻醉下行子宫或附件手术的妇科患者,随机分为4组(每组20例):T35组、T30组、T25组和T20组。硬膜外分别注入温度为35℃,30℃,25℃和20℃的局麻药。观察麻醉后寒战的发生率、寒战的严重程度、寒战的发生时间及术中体温的变化等。结果T35组和T30组的寒战发生率约为10%,T25组为30%,T20组为40%,T35组和T30组分别与T25组和T20组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉时用温度大于30℃的局麻药,可有效地降低寒战的发生率。 To compare the effect of temperature of local anesthesia drugs on shivering under epidural anesthesia. 80 adult patients operated on womb and ovary under epidural anesthesia, were randomly divided into four groups: group T35 (n =20), group T30 (n =20), group T25 (n =20) and group T20 (n =20). The temperature of the local anesthesia drugs of the four groups were 35℃, 30℃, 25℃ and 20℃ respectively. the incidence rate and degree of shivering and the changes of body temperature were recorded during ancsthesia. The incidence rate of shivering in group T35 and group T30 was 10 percent, which was significantly lower than that in group T25 (30 percent ) and group T20 (40 percent ) respectively. [Conclusion] The local anesthesia drug of temperature over 30℃ can greatly reduce the incidence rate of shivering during epidural anesthesia.
