同忻煤矿煤炭自燃预报体系的确立 被引量:5

Establishment of Forecasting System for Coal Spontaneous Combusition in Tongxin Coal Mine

摘要 大同煤田石炭二叠系煤层属特厚易自燃煤层,其中太原组3#~5#煤层经过火成岩入侵,煤层上部形成硅化煤,极易自燃。针对同忻煤矿一盘区的火灾预报问题,分析了该矿煤样的自然发火规律,利用热重法确定了该矿煤炭的自然发火温度,利用光谱分析分析了煤炭不同温度下的标志性气体,最终确立了该矿井以CO、C2H4为指标气体的二级自燃预报体系,建立了以束管监控为主要手段的煤炭自燃检测系统。 Permo - Carboniferous coal seam of Datong coalfield is thick spontaneous combustion seam, the silicified coal formed in the upper part of 3# to 5# coal seams of the Taiyuan Formation by igneous intrusion is easily spontaneous combustion. Aiming at the fire forecasting problem in No. I panel of Tongxin coal mine, the paper researches the spontaneous combustion laws of the mine, determines the spontaneous ignition temperature by using thermal gravimetric analysis method, analyzes the remarkable gas in different temperature by spectroscopic analysis and finally determines a two levels forecasting system taking CO, C2H4 as indicator gas. The spontaneous combustion monitoring system that takes beam tube as primary means is established.
