摘要
本文通过综合分析NICU护理工作中存在的医源性损伤(包括有:感染、化学、噪音、辐射方面的因素)和社会心理因素等方面的职业危害,有针对性地提出相应的防护措施。由此得出NICU存在的多种护理职业危害可以得到相应的防护,需提高护士的自我防护意识。
Through comprehensive analysis of occupational hazards of iatrogenic injury （including factors of infection, chemical, noise, radiation） and social psychological factors existing in the NICU nursing work, this paper puts forward the corresponding preventive measures. It shows that variety of nursing occupational hazards existing in NICU can be obtained the corresponding protection, the nurses should improve their own self-protection awareness.
