基于双模态造影剂的超声影像与磁共振影像的配准 被引量:7

摘要 由于超声影像斑点噪声突出、分辨率低,超声影像和其他模态医学影像之间的配准融合是一个未完全解决的困难问题.本文提出了一种新的基于双模态造影剂的超声影像和磁共振影像之间的配准算法.利用双模态造影剂对体模进行超声和磁共振显影,在此基础上构建了超声图像与磁共振图像之间的空间变换模型.此算法模型既能够体现两幅图像之间的物理空间坐标变换,也能够体现两幅图像之间的强度(包括亮度和对比度)变化;运用多尺度金字塔算法对构建的空间变换模型进行求解,得到的解既能够满足两幅图像之间空间全局变换,也能够满足两幅图像之间的局部细节变化.实验结果表明:利用双模态造影剂并结合上述算法对超声影像和磁共振影像进行配准可以获得较好的配准效果. It is a great challenge for registration between ultrasound image and any other modality image because of ultrasound image's low resolution. With the help of dual modality contrast agent, a new registration scheme between ultrasound image and magnetic resonance image is presented in this paper. Dual modality contrast agent is used in both ultrasound and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) imaging process to enhance and preserve most important information of interest. The spatial transformation model between ultrasound image and magnetic resonance image is built by algorithm. And both physical spatial transformation and intensity variation between the two modality images have been taken into consideration. With the use of multi-scale pyramid method, the proposed algorithm performs well not only for global deformation but for local deformation. Based on the above-mentioned scheme, the experiment also demonstrates that ultrasound-MRI registration may be a promising method for obtaining more accurate image information.
