摘要
笔者将某国产滚刀刀圈的化学成分、硬度、冲击韧性及显微组织与进口产品进行了对比分析,结果表明,TBM在硬岩掘进过程中,国产滚刀刀圈磨损以显微切削转变为疲劳剥落机制为主,进口滚刀刀圈的磨损则以切削犁沟变形应变疲劳为主。
The paper compared and analyzed the domestic and imported TBM cutter rings in chemical compo- sition, hardness, impact toughness and microstructure. The analysis results showed when TBM worked on high hardness rocks, the abrasion of the domestic cutter rings were characterized by micro-cutting transforming into fatigue flaking, while the abrasion of the imported ones were characterized by micro-ploughing transforming into strain fatigue.
