摘要
通过分析物体的结构特征,指出了物体上几何要素的自由度与平行度和垂直度的关系;建立了定向误差相关要素的数学模型,给出了定向误差位置链中基准递变三环位置链的计算方法,为数字化加工过程中定向公差的设计和工艺计算提供了一种途径。
After analyzing structural features of the object, the paper indicated the relationship between degrees of freedom of geometrical elements and parallelism and perpendicularity of orientation tolerance, and built the mathematical model including relative elements of orientation tolerance. In addition, it offered the method of calculating three-loop location chain with graded variation of datum in orientation tolerance. The analysis of- fered a method for design and technical calculation of the orientation tolerance during digital machining.
