有限元分析是机械设计工程师不可缺少的主要工具,文中着重介绍Pro/Mechanica模块下的有限元分析,并以挖掘机动臂为典型进行了有限元分析的具体实践,实现了几何模型和有限元分析的无缝集成,分析结果为产品优化提供了依据。
The finite element analysis （FEA） is an essential tool for Mechanical Engineer. This article mainly introduces the finite element analysis based on Pro/MECHANICA. It carries out the finite element analysis of the main arm of excavator and actualizes jointless integration between modeling and FEA. It compares the results of experiments and the finite element analysis.
