摘要
2010~2012年采用温室苗期接种鉴定的方法,对146份烟草种质资源开展黑胫病和TMV的抗性鉴定与评价。结果表明,中抗黑胫病种质有118份,占供试种质的80.82%;中感黑胫病种质28份,占供试种质的19.18%。对TMV免疫的种质有19份,占供试种质的13.01%;中抗TMV的种质19份,占供试种质的13.01%;中感TMV的种质107份,占供试种质的73.29%;感TMV的种质1份,占供试种质的0.69%。抗黑胫病并对TMV免疫的种质有台烟七号(T.T.7)、AK6、Coker86、NC567、SC71、SC72、Coker176、朝鲜抗赤、筑波1号、Burley21、Kentucky17和Tennessee90,共12份,该12份种质可为烟草抗病育种的亲本选择提供抗源。
The identification and evaluation of 146 germplasms resistance to tobacco black shank and TMV disease were carried out in greenhouse from 2010-2011.The results indicated that,to tobacco black shank disease,118 germplasms were medium resistant,accounting for 80.82%,and 28 were medium sensitive,accounting for 19.18%.To TMV,19 germplasms were immune,accounting for 13.01%,19 were medium resistant,accounting for 13.01%,107 germplasms were medium sensitive,accounting for 73.29% and 1 was sensitive,accounting for 0.69%.12 germplasms,including T.T.7,AK6,Coker86,NC567,SC71,SC72,Coker176,Korean kangchi,Zhubo1,Burley21,Kentucky17 and Tennessee 90,which were medium resistant to tobacco black shank disease and immune to TMV,may be utilized as parent materials in breeding for disease resistance.
