摘要
目的建立以气相色谱法测定喉康散中龙脑和薄荷脑含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Supel CO WAX-10石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),载气为N2,检测器为FID,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃,内标物为水杨酸甲酯。结果龙脑在0.02975~0.47701 mg·mL-(1r=0.999949),薄荷脑在0.04824~0.77083 mg·mL-(1r=0.99998)范围内同各自峰面积与内标峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系;二者回收率分别为100.77%和101.62%,RSD分别为1.35%和1.38%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于喉康散的质量控制。
Objective To establish the gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of borneol and menthol in Houkang Powder. Methods The determination was performed on Supelco wax-10 (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.5 μm) col- umn with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector, the inlet temperature was 200 ℃. The injector temperature was kept at 250 ℃ with methyl salicylate as internal standard. Results The linear range of borneol was 0.02975 to 0.47701 mg·mL^-1(r=0.9999) with average recovery of 100.77 %(RSD=1.35 %, n=6). The linear range of menthol was 0.04824 to 0.77083 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999) with average recovery of 101.62 %(RSD =1.38 %, n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable for the quality control of Houkang Powder.
