摘要
目的:为控制独活寄生口服液的质量,建立独活、人参、肉桂的薄层色谱鉴别及二氢欧山芹醇乙酸酯的薄层扫描定量方法。方法:样品中的独活、人参及肉桂进行薄层色谱鉴别。对独活中的二氢欧山芹醇乙酸酯进行薄层扫描定量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,平均回收率为96.5%,RSD为2.44%。结论:本质量标准可有效地控制独活寄生口服液的质量。
OBJECTIVE:To control the quality of Duhuo Jishengan Koufuye.The TLC identification method of Angelica pubescens,Panax ginseng and Cinnamomum cassia and the quantitative determination of columbianetin acetate by TLCS were established.METHODS:Samples were identified respectively by TLC in contrast with Angelica Pubescens,Panax ginseng and Cinnamoum cassia drugs after treated.Columbianetin acetate in Duhuo Jishengan Koufuye was extracted refluxenthy with CHCl 3 and determined by dual wavelength thin layer chromatography scanning.RESULTS:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The average recovery of columbianetin acetate in samples was 96.5%( n =5).with RSD 2.44%.CONCLUSION:The quantitative method was simple,sensitive,reproducible and accurate.This quality standard was capable to effectively control real quality of Duhuo Jishengan Koufuye.
