简述了非蛋白氨基酸的结构特征和生理活性。介绍了某些天然存在的含非蛋白氨基酸的生物活性肽及非蛋白氨基酸残基在相应活性肽中的重要作用。着重总结了非蛋白氨基酸对生物活性肽进行修饰的方式和构效关系研究的进展。
The diversity of structure and physiological activity of non - protein amino acids is briefly described. Some peptides containing non - protein amino acid residues are introduced and the essential roles of these residues are discussed. Recent progress in modifying the bioactive peptides with non - protein amino acids and their preferences are generally reviewed.
