Diaminoalkanes react with symtetrachloroethane to give crystalline 2,2bis(hexahydropyrimidine) derivatives(1)～(5),after treatment with aqua ammonia.Subsequently(1) was treated with different amounts of dichloromethane to give higher yield of 4a,8btransperhydro4,5,8a,9atetraazafluorene(6) and 8b,8ccisperhydro3a,4a,7a,8atetraaza cyclopentanofluorene(7).The transformation mechanisms for cisand trans of(6) and (7) were proposed.
