摘要
基于2011年贵州统计年鉴,运用数据分析的方法,研究了贵州省农村的贫困问题。在阐述贵州农村贫困现状的基础上,指出了贵州农村贫困的根源,提出了相应的反贫困策略:实施"教育反贫困"战略;增加农村固定资产投资;加强农村剩余劳动力转移;加大财政对农业的投入。
According to 2011 Guizhou Statistical Yearbook,the rural poverty problems in Guizhou Province were studied by the method of statistical analysis.Based on the rural poverty status in Guizhou,its root causes were pointed out,and some anti-poverty strategies were proposed,for example,to implement the strategy of poverty alleviation through education,increase the investment in rural fixed assets,strengthen the transfer of rural surplus labors,and improve the financial investment in agriculture.
