摘要
在介绍搬迁式扶贫模式内涵的基础上,探讨了湘西州"退人还山"扶贫模式的具体应用,提出了完善贫困山区搬迁式扶贫问题的对策,以期为我国广大中西部山区农民实现脱贫致富提供借鉴。
Based on introducing the connotation of relocating poverty alleviation model,the concrete applications of ＂returning people to mountain＂ poverty alleviation model in Xiangxi Prefecture was discussed.Some countermeasures were proposed for perfecting the relocating poverty alleviation problem,in order to provide reference for realizing poverty alleviation of farmers in vast west mountain areas in China.
