SSH技术在畜禽繁殖研究中的新进展

摘要 抑制性消减杂交(SSH)技术是一种研究不同细胞(组织)或同类细胞(组织)在不同发育阶段、不同生理状态下差异表达基因的方法,与其他技术相比,该技术具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便和周期短等优点,在畜禽繁殖研究中取得了重要进展。
