不同生理状态对荷斯坦奶牛钙、磷表观消化率的影响 被引量:2

Apparent digestibilities of Ca and P in different physiological states of Holstein dairy cows

摘要 本试验研究了不同生理状态下荷斯坦牛Ca、P表观消化率的变化规律。结果表明:生长期内不同生长阶段对奶牛Ca、P表观消化率影响显著(P<0.05),12月龄和24月龄奶牛Ca表观消化率显著高于18月龄(P<0.05);12月龄和24月龄奶牛P表观消化率极显著高于18月龄(P<0.01);泌乳2月与干奶期奶牛Ca、P表观消化率显著高于泌乳5月奶牛(P<0.05);围产期奶牛Ca、P表观消化率变化显著(P<0.05),围产前期Ca、P消化率显著降低(P<0.05)。 The apparent digestibilities of Ca and P in different physiological stages of Holstein dairy cows were measured in the experiment.The results indicated that : the apparent digestibilities of calcium and phosphorus were significantly affected by different growing period(P 〈 0.05).The apparent digestibilities of Ca at the 12 and 24 month-old were significantly higher than that of 18 month-old (P 〈 0.05),the apparent digestibilities of P 12 and 24 month-old cows were significantly higher than that of 18 month-old ones(P 〈 0.01 ).The apparent digestibilities of Ca and P at the second lactating month and dry period were significantly higher than that at the 5th lactating month(P 〈 0.05).The apparent digestibility of Ca and P changed significantly from dry period to around parturient period(P 〈 0.05) ,the apparent digestibility of Ca and P at preparturient were significantly lower than that at dry and pastparturient period(P 〈 0.05).
