HPLC测定阿德呋啉原料及口服制剂的含量

摘要 建立了测定阿德呋啉原料及口服制剂含量的高效液相色谱法。采用Hypersil SI色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),以甲醇∶异丙醇(25∶75,v/v)为流动相,检测波长260 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。结果:阿德呋啉浓度在10～200μg/mL时,其峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r2=0.999),无杂质干扰,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.8%。说明本方法操作简单、分析快速、结果准确,适用于阿德呋啉原料及口服制剂的含量测定。
