摘要
目的对2002—2008年上海市闵行区华漕镇社区恶性肿瘤的发病情况进行分析,根据恶性肿瘤的发病趋势变化提出有针对性的预防措施。方法对2002—2008年华漕镇恶性肿瘤患者资料进行分析,计算粗发病率和标化率。结果通过7年发病资料的比较分析发现,华漕镇恶性肿瘤新发病例为1 495例,年均粗发病率为361.81/10万,标化率为192.67/10万,80岁以上老年人群发病率增加。肺癌在华漕镇恶性肿瘤发病谱中占首位,女性发病率最高为乳腺癌。结论根据本社区恶性肿瘤的发病情况,应针对肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肠癌和乳腺癌采取有效的预防措施,加大宣传力度,并开展早发现筛查。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the incidence tendency of malignant tumor from 2002--2008 in Huacao community and take effective preventive measures. METHODS The data of morbidity come from report of tumor registry, the calculation methods about crude morbidity, population adjustment rate, accumulate rate, cutting rate. RESULTS From 2002 to 2008, the malignant tumor new cases is 1 495, the crude morbidity is 361.81/100 000, the World population adjustment rate is 192.67/100 000, malignant tumor morbility is increasing in older age groups above 80 years old, Lung cancer incidence spectrum accounted for the first, the highest incidence of woman is breast cancer. CONCLUSIONS Should step up publicity for the prevention of lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer and carry out early detection and screening.
