摘要
目的对护士在控制医院内感染中的作用展开探讨。方法强调护理人员在医院感染控制和预防工作的重要性,重点通过加强护理人员对医院感染的认识、重点部门的管理等方面分析了可能造成医院感染的各种因素及相应措施。结果经我院实施后,伤病患者的病死率及患者满意度评分较此前均得到明显效果。结论加强护士工作管理环节医院内感染因素的控制具有重要意义。
Objective Discusses the role of nurses in infection control in hospitals.Methods Stressed the importance of infection control and prevention work of nurses in the hospital.Focus by strengthening the knowledge of nurses on hospital infection,management of key sectors of the various factors that may cause nosocomial infections and the corresponding measures.Results After our hospital,mortality and patient satisfaction score of injured patients than previously were apparent effect.Conclusion Strengthen the control of the nurses work management aspects of hospital infection factors of great significance.
