摘要
目的:探讨医院感染及感染监控和管理中的相关问题,发挥护土长在医院感染监控中的作用。方法:通过分析当前医院感染监控和管理中存在的问题,提出护士长在医院感染监控环节质量管理中的作用。结果:更新了思想观念,提高全员感染监控管理意识,完善了管理措施,降低了医院感染发生率。结论:强化护士长在医院感染监控中的作用,在预防医院感染管理工作中具有十分重要的意义。
Objective： To investigate the related problems of the management and supervision of the in - hospital infection. To exploit the action of head nurse in the supervision of in - hospital infection. Methods ： By analyzing the main problems of the supervision and management of in - hospital infection, the author put forward the action of head nurse in the supervision and management of in - hospital infection. Results： The practice improved the whole members＇ideology of supervision and management of in- hospital infection, perfected the management measures and lowered the incidence rate of in - hospital infection. Conclusions： It was very important for the prevention of in - hospital infection to strengthen the action of head nurse in the supervision and management of in - hospital infection.
