复方当归对实验性PTCA后动脉内膜保护作用的扫描电镜观察 被引量:7

The Protective Effect of Chinese Angelica 〔Sinensis(oliv) Diels〕 on Intima after Experimental PTCA Revealed by Scanning Electron Microscope

摘要 目的 :研究PTCA后防止动脉再狭窄。方法 :用PTCA导管的气囊剥脱兔腹主动脉内皮。损伤后给药组 (6只 ) ,于损伤后立即由PTCA导管注入复方当归液 16ml(2 5 %当归注射液 15ml+ 2 0 %丹参注射液 1ml) ,以后每日经耳静脉注射给药 1次 ,最后 1次给药为取材当日。损伤组 (6只 ) ,于损伤后 ,与损伤后给药组同期注射生理盐水 16ml。两组分别于损伤后 2 4h及 96h取出腹主动脉 ,制作标本 ,供扫描电镜下观察。结果 :气囊已造成兔腹主动脉内皮剥脱。损伤组损伤后 2 4h及 96h时 ,动脉内皮下层的裸露胶原组织上有大量血小板附着。而损伤后给药组于损伤后 2 4h及 96h时 ,血管内皮下层光滑 ,只有极少数血小板附着。结论 :复方当归液具有防止血小板在胶原组织上附着的作用 ,对保护血管内膜 。 Objective:To investigate the prevention of restenosis after PTCA (percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty).Methods:The endothelial cells of abdominal aorta in rabbit was denuded by ballon of PTCA catheter.In group of Chinese medicine(6 animals),16 ml of Chinese angelica mixture was injected through the PTCA catheter (25% Chinese angelica solution 15 ml and 20% salvia miltiorrhiza bunge solution 1 ml) immediately after injury,and then,injected through ear vein one time a day,until the day the animal was killed. In group of injury (6 animals),after injury 16 ml of saline solution was injected at the same time as the injection to the animals in group of Chinese medicine. The abdominal aorta of the two groups were removed at the 24th hour and 96th hour after injury respectively, and got ready for being observied under scanning electron microscope.Results:The endothlial cells of abdominal aorta have been denuded by ballon. At the 24th hour and the 96th hour after injury,in group injury,there was heavy platelets adhesion on the collagen tissue of subendothelial layer exposed to blood.In group of Chinese medicine,the surface of subendothelial layer was sleek because of only a few platelets adhesion on it.Conclusion:The results suggest that the Chinese angelica mixture protects the collagen tissue of subendolhelait layer from the adhering of plateletes ,therefore may have the great significance in prevention or decrease the restenosis after PTCA.
