摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像在泌尿系疾疾病中的诊断价值和临床应用。方法收集临床拟诊肾、输尿管膀、膀胱疾病检查患者36例,进行CT平扫和强化扫描,应用多平面重组、最大密度投影、曲面重建及容积重建技术等,获得完整清晰的尿路图像。结果该组36例患者均获得了明确的诊断。有16例泌尿系肿瘤,其中8例为肾实质癌,5例肾盂癌,2例输尿管癌,1例膀胱癌。泌尿系结核8例,其中肾结核7例,单纯输尿管结核1例。6例泌尿系阴性结石。泌尿系畸形4例。1例肾动脉畸形。1例泌尿系慢性炎症。结论多层螺旋CT成像在明确肾、输尿管、膀胱疾病诊断的部位、病因及肾积水的程度具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value and the clinical application of mult-spiral CT urography in urinary system diseases. Methods Multi-slice spiral CT with and without contrast were performed in 36 cases.the original date was dealt with workstation,then the whole urinary system reconstructed images were obtained by MPR ,CPR,MIP.VR and so on. Results The structure of urinary system diseases was clearly displayed in all 36 cases.Among all of 36 cases,there were 16 urologic neoplasms, including 8 renal tumores ,5 tumores of renalpelvis,2 case of ureteral carcinoma,1 carcinoma of urinary bladder.8 urinary system TB,including 7 nephrophehisis,1 cases of ureteral TB.6 calculiin urinary system.4 congenital urinary tract deformities. 1 case of renal artery. 1 urinary infection. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT have a great value in demonstrating the location,etiology of the renal, ureter and bladder disease,and displaying the degree of ncphrvdrosis.
