摘要
目的：观察石杉碱甲片剂（双益平）对不同记忆力障碍患者的记忆力改善效果。方法：对９１例有记忆力障碍的患者分别给予双益平及脑复康治疗，其中治疗组（双益平组）４６例，对照组（脑复康组）４５例，剂量分别为双益平组 ０．１ ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ，２个月，脑复康组０．８ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，２个月。用ＣＭＳ—ＭＱ评定疗效。结果：双益平组治疗前后ＭＱ分别为７３．３７±１２．１５，８６．９７±１５．３７（Ｐ＜０．０５）。脑复康组治疗前后ＭＱ分别为７３．５１±１１．１８，８１．１１±１４．５１（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组有效率分别为６０．８％和 ３５．３％（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。双益平组与脑复康组均未见明显不良反应。结论：双益平治疗记忆障碍的效果显著。
Objective: This study was to observe the effectiveness of Huperzine - A tablets (Shuang Yi Ping) in improving disturbance of memory. Methods: Ninety - one patients with disturbance of memory were randomly divided into two groups. The first group of forty - six patients received Shuang Yi Ping tablets produced by Hong Qi Pharmaceutical factory of Shanghai Medical University; the second group of forty - five patients received piracetam capsule. The dosage was 0. 1 mg bid for two months for Shuang Yi Ping group and 0. 8 mg tid for two months for piracetam group. The curative effect was evaluated with CMS - MQ. Results: The MQ of pre - treatment and post - treatment were 73. 37 ±12. 15 and 86. 97 ±15. 37 (P < 0. 05 ) in Shuang Yi Ping group, and 73. 51 ±11. 18 and 81. 11 ±14. 51 (P < 0. 05) in piracetam group. The effective ratios of the two groups were, respectively, 60. 8 % and 35. 3 % (P <0. 05) and no side effects were observed. Conclusion: The findings show that Shuang Yi Ping tablets are significantly effective against disturbance of memory.
