摘要
目的:探讨葡萄糖酸钙注射液致过敏性休克的一般规律和特点,以供临床用药参考。方法:检索1979年1月-2011年8月相关数据库收载的中文医药卫生期刊中涉及葡萄糖酸钙注射液致过敏性休克的文献资料,并进行统计、分析。结果:共检索到葡萄糖酸钙注射液致过敏性休克47例,男性22例,女性25例,其中死亡2例;43例发生在给药30 min以内;38例年龄在40岁以下,占全部病例的80.85%。结论:葡萄糖酸钙注射液致过敏性休克的相关因素很多,包括给药途径、配伍等,且后果严重,临床应对其加以重视。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the general pattern and characteristics of Calcium gluconate injection- induced anaphylactic shocks, and to provide reference for clinical use of drugs. METHODS： Literatures about anaphylactic shock induced by Calcium gluconate injection publicly published in medical journals in China during Jan. 1979--Aug. 2011 were retrieved and analyzed statis- tically. RESULTS： A total of 47 cases of anaphylactic shock induced by Calcium gluconate injection were collected, including 22 males and 25 females, of which there were 2 death cases. Anaphylactic shock mostly occurred within 30 min after administration with a total of 43 cases. 38 cases occurred among patients aged below 40 years accounted for 80.85% in total. CONCLUSION： There are many correlated factors that allergic shock is induced by Calcium gluconate injection （route of administration and compati- bility） with serious consequence. So doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to it.
