摘要
选择聚酰胺酸作为耐高温(300℃以上)高分子浸渍密封剂,考查合成聚酰胺酸的投料方式、反应温度和溶剂类型对浸渍密封剂的粘度、表面张力、固化物含量及耐热性的影响,解释了反应条件与性能的关系.得到具有良好的浸渍性(粘度60cPa·s、表面张力45.4×10-5N/cm)、密封性(固化物含量31.27%)和耐热性(在450℃仍未有明显热裂解现象)的浸渍密封剂.
A kind of polyamide was chosen as high-temperature (above 300℃) resistant impregnation sealant. The effect of adding sequence, reaction temperature and solvents on apparent viscosity,sudece tension, solid content and heat resistant propeny were investigated. The relationship between reaction condition and product properties was explained. A kind of impregnation sealant with excellent properties of impregnating (apparent viscosity 60cPa.s, sudece tension 45.5 ×10-5N/cm), sealing (solid content 31.27%) and heat resistance(apparent heat-degradation was not found at 450℃ ) was obtained.
