摘要
报道了高透过率、耐高温聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备方法和性能。以该膜为基体制成的柔性衬底非晶硅太阳电池,转换效率达4.63%,重量比功率达231.5mW/g。
his paper describes the fabrication method and the properties of the polyimide film with a good heat-resistomce and high transmittamce.A new type of flexible a-St solar cell on the transparent polyimide film with conversion efficiency of 4.63%and power-to-weight ratio of 231.5mW/g was obtained.
