摘要
安中片为药典收载品种,是一种常用中成药,由桂枝、延胡索(醋制)、牡蛎(煅)、小茴香、砂仁、高良姜、甘草七味药材组成,具有温中散寒、理气止痛、和胃止呕之功效,用于慢性胃炎及缓解胃酸过多引起的胃痛、胃烧灼感和反酸、胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡等。介绍安中片在组方分析、制备提取、定性鉴别与含量测定、临床应用等方面的最新研究进展,说明了安中片的质控及临床应用趋势和亟需解决的现实问题,为安中片的进一步研究开发提供参考。
As a traditional Chinese medicine was commonly used,Anzhong tablets is China pharmacopoeia species,consist of cassia twig,Corydalis Rhizoma,Ostrea,fennel seed,Fructus Amomi,galangal and Glycyrrhiza.It has the significant treatment effect to gastric abscess and being used in cold type of hernia,vomiting due to coldness in stomach,pain and coldness in stomach.Use for chronic gastritis and relief of stomachache,stomach burning sensation and sour regurgitation caused by overmuch gastric acid;as well gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcer etc.This paper reviewed the advanced study on the Anzhong tablets in aspects of component analysis,extraction process,assay,qualitative identification,clinical application and so on.The trends and questions need to be solved on quality control and clinical application of Anzhong tablets were put forward and provide the reference information for further researching and exploitation.
