摘要
英式橄榄球目前在我国是一个新兴项目。但是在欧洲大陆上早就已经红透了半边天,当今世界上有94个国家开展橄榄球运动。国际橄榄球最高的组织机构是国际橄榄球理事会(I.R.B),现在已经有100多个成员协会加入,是世界上最受欢迎的运动项目之一。因此,我国也应当尝试加大力度开展橄榄球运动。本研究通过从橄榄球的特点,并借鉴外国开展橄榄球运动的经验。尝试找出橄榄球的开展所创造的价值。
Rugby in our country is an emerging project.Already flush a half of the sky on the European continent,94 countries in the rugby world today.The organization of the International Rugby International Rugby Board（I o R o B）,now has over 100 member associations to join one of the world＇s most popular sports.Therefore,China should also try to make greater efforts to carry out the rugby.In this study,from the characteristics of the football,and learn from foreign experience for rugby.Try to find out the value created by the launching of the football.
