摘要
运用制度经济学理论分析了中国足球协会管理体制的行业治理功能,认为中国足球协会管理职能错位,权力不受会员约束,协会与会员之间的关系没有理顺,在很大程度上影响了管理体制的运行效率。提出应赋予中国足球协会独立的行业管理职能,由中超公司独立运作职业足球联赛,并理顺中国足协与政府之间的关系。
With adoption of institutional economics, this paper analyzes the governance functions of the China Football Association. The result showes that the roles played by the China Football Association are wrong and its members were not able to restrict its power. The relationships between the China Football Association and its members are abnormal, which has restricted the efficiency of the management system. Therefore, the China Football Association should administer football independently. The professional football should be operated independently by the China Premier Football Company. The relationships between the China Football Association and the government should be adjusted.
